This session focuses on Swedish massage along
with some intensive deep tissue/ neuromuscular therapy
in problem areas.

Concentrated Deep Tissue/ Neuromuscular Therapy/Sports Massage
This session focuses on extensive deep tissue/neuromuscular/sports therapy in concentrated problem areas. This session is more treatment oriented for chronic tension, muscular pain and dysfunction.

I limit the number of clients I see per day to ensure the best quality session. As a result, I often book several days in advance. I recommend that, if possible, that you schedule a few days in advance. From time to time I may have cancellations, and if you would like to try and schedule "same day" please feel free to call. If no one has canceled at time requested, I will be happy to put your name down and if that time comes available I will call you.
